In Conversation with the Land

I’m honored to have my work included alongside the work of so many talented artists in the exhibition entitled “In Conversation With The Land” at the Center for Fine Art Photography in Fort Collins, CO. Thank you to the gallery and to juror Karen Haas for the opportunity to engage the public about this important topic.

Please visit the gallery website to see the work and read Karen Haas’s statement about the show, and the gallery’s YouTube video to see the show in action.

From the gallery website:

“This exhibition’s title—“In Conversation with the Land”—may conjure up images of untouched wilderness and pristine nature, but what inspires many of the artists in the show is a desire to chronicle the lasting impact and irreversible harm that we as humans have inflicted on our planet. These fifty photographers speak to our fragile and complex relationship to the natural world using a wide variety of styles and employing very different means.”
